Camille AFFANA NKOA joins Noé for the Man & Nature Programme to support the development of green sectors as Cameroon Coordinator.

With an MBA in Management from ISM in Paris, Camille has more than 8 years of experience as a professional in the financial, marketing and food industry sectors, having worked as a Junior Auditor for the Cameroonian Industrial Company of Cocoa (Sic Cacaos), a subsidiary of the Swiss Barry Callebaut, the market leader in cocoa processing in Cameroon.

Anxious to contribute to the preservation of biodiversity, Camille decided to leave the private sector for conservation. In 2016, he joined the Mentor-POP program funded by the US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) " Zoological Society of London (ZSL) in Cameroon where he worked to establish strategies to reduce threats to wildlife and especially to raise awareness among society, NGOs, civil society and government on the trafficking of pangolins.

More recently, Camille was Campaign Director for the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) in Congo Brazzaville. He coordinated all the development, production and implementation activities of an urban behaviour change campaign in Pointe Noire, the first of its kind in Central Africa. He conducted strategic negotiations regarding advertising rates and established relationships with government and private entities, notably to obtain support for the campaigns. Prior to joining us, Camille held the same position and covered the major cities of Brazzaville and Kinshasa.
